As soon as I entered the dealership Sean Roberts greeted me and developed a personal relationship with me immediately. He helped me immediately by telling me he can help me with my Harley trade in when Aud me and developed a personal relationship with me immediately. I have to admit I was skeptical about BMW because I've always been an Audi and Mercedes Benz guy but Sean helped me open my eyes and feel confident about the BMW brand. It was exceptional service and re-assurance. Fred then helped me with the approval process and without hesitation, he called Harley Davidson and handled the tedious process of getting the bike transferred over. He went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciated his hard work to make the process as easy and smooth for me as possible. Right then and there I knew I would be coming back to these guys in the future. Then I went to meet Erik to sign my papers and make everything official and I was dreading this part. Erik made me and my fiancé feel comfortable and was straight to the point. He didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want but I'm glad that he sold me the Wheel protection warranty. I'm a car guy and I know what these machines are and are not capable of. But he carefully explained the wheel protection policy and made me feel confident about it. He was funny and had a lot in common with me. It was a great experience, heck, I didn't want to leave. I just wanted to hang out and shoot the breeze with him. After everything was over, Sean sat in the back seat with us and went over the whole car and taught us how to use the control console and buttons around the vehicle. Sean was polite, highspeed, (military for motivated) and super super knowledgeable. Thank you Ganley BMW and staff for making this major purchase experience a pleasure. The salesman described the car a 10 and in perfect condition, a true creampuff. I departed the next morning around 2:00 AM, anticipating to get to that dealer around 9:00AM, around opening time. When I arrived the salesman explained to me the vehicle was parked in the back of the shop all cleaned up and ready for me to see. When I first laid eyes on the vehicle my mouth just dropped and I had the face of disappointment. The vehicle in question had damage on every exterior panel and the inside was just filthy. Needless to say I left empty handed........I departed in search of a BMW dealership near by. I came across Ganley BMW in Middleburg Height Ohio, where I met Sean Roberts, Ganley Salesman. When I explained to him my story, he was very Understanding, Patient, Honest and very determined to find me the best car at the best price within my budget. I purchased a 2008 335I X Drive with very low miles.... (A DIAMOND IN A ROUGH). This car was perfection!!!!!!!!!!
