The salesman, Robert, was fabulous. He did a great job and even picked me up at the train station. Awesome guy and very knowledgeable. The Porsche 911 I purchased was in good shape but as with all used c and even picked me up at the train station. Awesome guy and very knowledgeable. The Porsche 911 I purchased was in good shape but as with all used cars, never perfect. That is to be expected. I love the car though :) However, they got the car inspected at a Porsche dealer in the area. There were some things that needed to be addressed. The serpentine belt was squeaking and starting to shred so it was replaced. Upon driving the car back to Illinois, the noise came back. Upon inspection by my shop, it was confirmed that the repair done by Porsche was misdiagnosed. The cause of the belt noise and fraying was a worn alternator pulley. I was told I would be getting a refund of $300 for this but am still waiting for it to this day. It’s a shame the same part had to be replaced twice within a one week span. I’m happy with the car and with my salesman man, but think some communication would have been nice on the part of management. More

Very professional and went out of his way to make me happy. It was raining when I came in to choose between two cars and Nez had both cars sitting side by side in the back showroom so I wouldn’t get wet happy.
