Will. Thanks for letting us know about your experience. The service manager has addressed the damage to your vehicle from road hazard the best way possible and gladly refunded the last attempt at welding the broken rims that was unsuccessful. The is no warranty that will cover damage to rims from hitting pot holes or the like. Unfortunately the rims have been too badly damaged to be fixed anymore and need to be replaced.

Hello. Thanks for letting us know about your experience. The service manager only charged you $145.88 plus tax for the diagnosis; which is normal to see what's wrong with a vehicle. You then did not want to continue doing any other work with us and had it towed out.
