The service is prompt and their facilities are top notch, however the lack of loaner cars is a major demerit and is inconsistent with all other BMW dealers I have patronized in the past. More

For inspections such as Maine state inspections, our policy generally does not include providing loaner vehicles as a stand-alone service.
