Here is why: After a lengthy search (and research!!), about 2 months, I almost abandon my goal of finding my first choice of buying a 530xi. You see, I visited many BMW (and non-BMW) dealerships in the tri-state area with the hope of finding a reasonable deal. My experiences ranged from shady to average to 'not bad' but... (note: none of the BMW dealerships were shady or average, actually the salespeople were cordial and professional). As faith would have it, one evening browsing the web, I came upon a vehicle that caught my attention and decided to call the dealership. That was my first contact with Ottos BMW of West Chester, PA - this Class 'A', top notch BMW dealership. I currently owned a 528e '85 [belief it, still runs like a champ] and X5, 4.4 '03. I would have called myself a BMW Enthusiast until I sat with Heath Cameron of Ottos BMW. This gentleman has the X-factor when it comes to patience and professionalism and knowledge of BMWs. I have never experience a process this flawless in doing business with an organization like I did in working with Mr. Cameron. On the day to take delivery of my car I took Amtrak out of Penn station New York to PA, was delayed for more than 1/2 Hour and he waited patiently at the station in PA with a brand new X5 to take me back to company office - once there, all paperwork was ready to be signed, the process took under 10 minutes. then my education began - Heath Cameron spent a couple hours patiently going over features of this vehicle, even though it was well after closing (8 PM). This is my first purchase from Ottos BMW, but I chatted with several repeat customers while having a breathe taking tour of the showroom. I am excited I made the trip and whether you are near or far - take my advice, visit OttosBMW and ask for Heath Cameron!! More

I recently made delivery of my 2013 328i M Sport Convertible and in love with the car. The best part about it is the car buying experience at Otto's BMW is unmatched. Jay Miller worked hard for me in my corner to get the deal perfectly fine tuned and checked in with me every step of the way while the car was being bulit. I'am a reurning Leasee of Otto's BMW and i have to say I' am going to be an Otto's BMW customer for life. Even the service department is unmatched and ran better then any other service department I have done business with in the past. I honestly have to give Otto's BMW an overall 5 stars, with Sales service integrity and anything else you would hope for in a dealership.
