I came into Otto's to pick up my 2022 430i from the service department and while wandering around the new car showroom, I noticed Robert was at his desk. Since he was available, I started asking some q service department and while wandering around the new car showroom, I noticed Robert was at his desk. Since he was available, I started asking some questions and despite the fact that I had no intention of buying a new car, I took a liking to Robert immediately. I ended up purchasing a brand new 2024 Competition M 4series convertible which would likely not have happened if not for my chance encounter with Robert. I had a request that was unavailable for my new car, but when I picked up the car, Robert had that request already installed, a great surprise. Robert is a quality individual who would be an asset to any employer. More
