I have been a customer of Otto’s BMW since 1992. I have purchased eleven (11) vehicles from this dealership. I was experiencing a problem with my BMW. I needed immediate service on my car but appoi I have purchased eleven (11) vehicles from this dealership. I was experiencing a problem with my BMW. I needed immediate service on my car but appointments with a loaner vehicle were booked out for more than a month. I contacted Chris Clayton and he arranged an appointment for me with service adviser Bill Cosenza. The repairs on my vehicle were extensive, but I knew when I picked up my vehicle the job would be done right. In this present world, people never say “job well done”. Chris Clayton and Bill Cosenza are a credit this organization. These exceptional individuals are exactly why I’d rather drive thirty miles to West Chester than deal with a local dealership in Delaware. More

Aweful experience.
