He is not trying to screw you on commissions like most car salesman. He makes sure you are happy with your purchase through and through. He sells with honor by caring about his customer. I am not just talking about money even though Ian will get you the best deal. Ian goes out of his way to make sure you the customer are actually satisfied with the car. I originally wanted one type of SUV and Ian said "I think based on what you want to do with the car you may want to go with x SUV." And he was right. Again, he cares about his customers. A beautiful showcase for the vehicles makes it feel like you’re visiting them in the harmony of their natural habitat – no holding pens required – and one even might like to go home with you. My tour guide and supporting team for the habitat were exquisitely knowledgeable and exuded genuine respect for their charges. The presence of socks with a little attitude, only enhances this effect. In addition to a fantastic driving experience, the realization of a better than expected value, was the moment of peace. My visit to Otto’s BMW, not only resulted in an excellent vehicle that I think may have actually adopted me, it was a surprising and welcome opportunity to embrace my Zen. More

Otto’s does it again! I want to thank Ottos for another great purchasing experience. I sent a text expressing my interest in an X5 coming off lease. The next day I bought the car. In and out in less than 90 minutes. Scott was the best. While waiting on the paper work a BMW genius ( not me of course) brought me up to speed. I will miss my previous 330i CPO that I traded in for the X5. However, on the test drive I fell in love with my new X5. I am a true believer in BMW and Ottos. There are other BMW dealers close to me, but I will always come to Ottos for their personal service. This is me second CPO. When I need to replace this X5, I will do it again with Ottos. My greatfull thanks goes out to Scott and Ottos staff. You’re the best. More
