He took the time to listen to my questions and provided expert advice on the necessary tire replace and oil change (Although I went earlier than my appointment). What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. The team (Patrick and the gentleman who was working on my car) at kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the repairs in detail and providing the options. Not only did they complete the repairs promptly, but they also went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection and offering preventive maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my vehicle. If the dealer principal knew about this deal, he would have a conversation regarding coaching and development. Thank God I'm on the banking side now and don't have to deal with this on a day to day basis. What a shame. More

Service was amazing.
