Gave my wife and I the run around. The GSM was polite but said something does not smell right. I've been in the car business for 20yrs. I've never seen a dealership turn a buyer into a shopper until now. This was an easy breezy deal for my wife but they made everything very difficult with getting the deal done. If the dealer principal knew about this deal, he would have a conversation regarding coaching and development. Thank God I'm on the banking side now and don't have to deal with this on a day to day basis. What a shame. More

Service was amazing. I only went for windshield wipers and my service advisor notified me of two open recalls that I wasn’t aware of so I was able to get one done on the I only went for windshield wipers and my service advisor notified me of two open recalls that I wasn’t aware of so I was able to get one done on the spot and she scheduled me for my next one when the remedy is available which I found very convenient! As soon as I walked in I saw everyone happy and uplifting so their boss must be really nice too! Overall great experience and I would be more than happy to keep driving an hour and 45 minutes to get service done here! More
