After living In Las Vegas for a short period and owning a 5 series BMW, I can tell you for sure that BMW of Stratham goes above and beyond the call of duty. I bought 2 BMW's in less than 2 months. I had a pr 5 series BMW, I can tell you for sure that BMW of Stratham goes above and beyond the call of duty. I bought 2 BMW's in less than 2 months. I had a previous non-BMW relationship with the general manager Joel Ginsberg about 2 years ago. I kept his card, just in case I was ever in the market for a new BMW. I called him and he remembered me. He set me up with Kurt Baitz, my sales advisor. The experience was exceptional in every way. I perchased a CPO Z4. Then about 6 weeks later I bought a new 328xi. There was no funny business, no hidden sales charges, everything was up front and legit. I never felt any pressure. After taking delivery of the Z4, they delivered it by the way, there was an issue with the code for the bluetooth. They picked up the car, left me a loaner and took the car all the way back to the dealer to have the computer read the correct code and delivered my car back with the same amount of gas it left with, amazing. When I took delivery of the 328 as I was leaving the dealer, a rock broke my new windshield! Again they picked up the car, 70 miles away, and left me a loaner for a week. (long story) weather delayed the new parts. The car was delivered back to me washed and cleaned. The person who handled the windshield was named Diane, she was great. The servise advisor, Adam helped this old guy with my ipod, never had one and did not know how to work it, he was very patient and professional. Tia,told me which ipod to buy that was compatable with the new car. This dealer is truly one of a kind and I will buy another one from them. 5 stars all the way. The pick up and delivery service is the main reason I chose this dealer, living so far away. Perfect, keep up the good work. More
My experience with IRA BMW while researching cars was terrific. They were very friendly to me and my family and took as much time as we needed to look at a few different vehicles. At one point our chil terrific. They were very friendly to me and my family and took as much time as we needed to look at a few different vehicles. At one point our children were getting restless and without missing a beat, Jason pulled out crayons and paper and they couldn't have been more delighted. Jason took me for test drives of three vehicles: a sedan, a coupe and an SUV to help me decide. There was no pressure to buy at any point neither from Jason nor from the sales manager. Jason also followed up in a couple days with an email to say thank you which was appreciated. I did not end up buying a BMW. However, if in the future I do decide that's the route I want to go, Ira BMW in Stratham will be my first and likely only choice. More
While reliability with the fuel injection system on my 2008 335ix has been a problem, the way the entire dealership has responded with prompt service, perfect new service loaners, and strong and timely co 2008 335ix has been a problem, the way the entire dealership has responded with prompt service, perfect new service loaners, and strong and timely communicaton with the BMW regional reps has been outstanding and without a fault. When I bought from them last year, my larger motivation on choice was a little price driven, but the dealership has proven that being competitive up front need not come at the expense of short changing the customer when the chips are down. Similar problems with another car and another dealer would have had me packing long ago. Service here is really the outstanding part of the business. More
I live in the Boston area. I have leased three new BMW's from these folks. They always beat the prices of the local Boston area dealers by a significant margin. They pick up and deliver my car for service from these folks. They always beat the prices of the local Boston area dealers by a significant margin. They pick up and deliver my car for service and always leave me with a late model BMW loaner, usually equal to or better than my own model. They take all the brain damage out of shopping for and owning a car. In the beginning I thought it would be less convenient to do business with an out of state dealer, but on balance, it's much easier. I don't even have to go to the dealership if I don't care to. More
Have 528it, 540it and X3. Superior sales team who know their product. Great service advisors, parts dept and service team. Great service after the sale. Quality service is a lasting value. I was convinced that I wanted to own a 3 Series after test driving one at another dealership. I didn't have a good experience at that dealership when it came to setting up the visit to work out the deta test driving one at another dealership. I didn't have a good experience at that dealership when it came to setting up the visit to work out the details of the purchase and was, in fact, stood up. I then called Kurt Baitz at the BMW Stratham dealership, 1 3/4 hours from where I live, to set up an appointment. My experience was everything I had hoped, and more, from a BMW dealership. Kurt worked with me to put a very fair deal together and communicated with me regularly as my car was being built. Upon arrival, in advance of the projected arrival date, we set an appointment to pick up the car. Kurt took all the time I needed to go over all the details of the car so that when I left I was ready. I've been back on occassion for regular service and have been very pleased with the service department (an area that is key in my book). I see Kurt on those occassions and he checks in to see if there are any issues and to assess my level of satisfaction with my car. I've recommended one friend from the Boston area who had her heart set on a 5 Series who had a similar first experience with a local dealership to see Kurt and she too has had a great experience with Kurt and the Straham BMW. My one year anniversary with my 3 Series has just passed and the 29,000 miles have been some of the most pleasurable of my time behind the wheel.
