Mr Gardner, I apologize for your recent experience at BMW Of Stratham. We rarely miss any trade appraisals but it appears that we may have with you. Here at Ira we show the customer actual Cash value for your car while most other dealers show a trade allowance. A trade allowance is a combination of actual cash value and discount.We believe in full disclousure here at Ira. Looking back at your deal we were a little low on you appraisal do to our current inventory and the time of year that you came in. I hope that you will give us a chance to earn back your business in the future.
