Jon actually was able to intercept it still on the ship from Germany. Highly recommended. More
My experience was nothing short of amazing. I bought a beautiful 328 convertible from John McCormick at Stratham BWM. John was very professional and friendly. I felt I got a very fair price. The most amazing thing was they agreed to deliver to my house (I live 40 miles away, and getting to the dealer was difficult with my schedule.) The day came, and it turned out to be a day when severe thunderstorms were predicted. But they arrived as promised, with ominous clouds all around! We decided to name the car "white lightning" because of this. I could not be happier,and the car is a dream come true. More
Just got a new 535ix from BMW Stratham. Worked with John Parker. Very nice guy to deal with, very helpful along the way and came up with the best deal. Not only that, the mechanic who handled the delivery prep did an incredible job, even had the tire pressure on all 4 tires correct to the dot as per BMW's specs. Quite impressed with that as I never had a car come out of any shop with tire pressure correct, ever. Highly recommended!!! More
In life, it is important to have "a guy" that is an expert in their given field. When in need, you can turn to that person and have complete confidence that the job will be accomplished as good o is an expert in their given field. John is one of those rare people that you want to call "your guy". I have owned many BMWs and I will continue to have my car serviced at BMW Stratham because of the highest level of service that John exemplifies. A perfect example was this evening when John's shift ended at 5:30pm and he calls my cell at 7:30pm to answer a question I had. He wanted to make sure that I didn't have to wait until tomorrow. I am in the sales field myself and count customer service as the highest form of business. I will continue to have my car serviced at BMW Stratham for the simple reason that John Bowling has and continues to meet and far exceed what I deem excellent service. More
I bought a 2003 M3 convertible. The GM had scheduled to have the noise investigated at no charge to me and also provided me a loner vehicle. I am a relatively new BMW owner so every time I have had to bring my car into the dealership for service I always worry about cost and what it will need. I put a lot of miles on my car and in a year I have to bring my car into the dealership for service I always worry about cost and what it will need. I put a lot of miles on my car and in a year I have had to bring my car in for service items a few times and I have to say that this dealership is extremely honest and fair. I have never had a dealership experience like this, in fact I rairly have brought any of my previous vehicles to dealerships because of technicians and mechanics that don't care about the vehicles they are working on and the service writers that nickle and dime you for anything they can potentially replace. With that said I can't imagine bringing this car anywhere besides IRA BMW. For example, last fall I asked if I should purchase a set of snow tires for my x-drive coupe. They looked at my "all season" low-profile performance tires (which I had serious doubts about in inclement weather) and they said I would be just fine. They could have sold me $1000+ worth of rubber but insisted I would go anywhere on the tires I had. My car was awesome in the snow! In either case, this dealership is wonderful to deal with and I really appreciate the help and wonderful service I receive there. More

I've driven Audi wagons for eight years, was ready to turn it in for another, and found out they are no longer making them in standard transmission. Because of my lifestyle and where I live, I wanted a turn it in for another, and found out they are no longer making them in standard transmission. Because of my lifestyle and where I live, I wanted a 6 speed, all-wheel drive wagon. The only comparable car was the BMW 328ix. After doing some web browsing and choosing a salesperson from "Meet our Staff," I called Channing Lyon at BMW of Stratham and told him what I was looking for. He kindly did a bunch or research on new and used cars in my price range. He was the perfect salesperson... responded to emails and phone messages in a timely manner, and was never pushy. He certainly went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted. We did business on the phone, then I drove down to sign paperwork and leave a deposit, and voila! My car was ordered. I tracked the production on-line, and couldn't wait to take delivery. It was all so easy! Everyone at Stratham was friendly and willing to help. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in search of a BMW to do business with this dealership. I've heard this from others as well. I will continue to take my car there for service and look forward to future business with them. PS. I was a die-hard Audi fan for years... and became a true BMW lover in two days. I stumbled on BMW of Stratham having less than exceptional service experiences with my own automotive brand dealers. My first experience involved a simple state inspection. Since that first exceptional experience, BMW of Stratham has serviced my vehicle for front suspension repairs, brake repairs, rear suspension repairs and electronic diagnostics. The technicians are all friendly and professionally trained in their field. Keep in mind that the major repairs are on a vehicle with nearly 130,000 miles, although all of my vehicles (3) of the same brand are serviced at BMW of Stratham. The service department staff at BMW of Stratham are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, accommodating, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the first step in quality service and BMW of Stratham begins with excellence in CRM, through service maintenance and repair completion. All of the staff members are amazingly committed to the customer. I highly recommend John Bowling for the experience and business relationship he has delivered in my visits to the BMW auto service center. John is the service advisor that I have engaged regularly for all the same reasons highlighted in my review. John demonstrates the business model of excellence in CRM. The entire staff mirror these values. The service manager is a high energy individual that demonstrates high enthusiasm for his job, the business and the staff. The real convincing reason for all of you looking for an auto service center that delivers excellence in CRM and finishes with the quality workmanship at exceptional pricing is that the vehicles I have services there are all Mercedes Benz. My review as a customer of BMW of Stratham is written for the exemplary work they perform on my Mercedes vehicles. Having my Mercedes serviced at BMW of Stratham over the OEM manufacturers service centers local to me is very telling. When I'm ready for a new vehicle, BMW of Stratham will win my business for the new BMW of choice.
