I have to say my experience with Frank had been superior to any other from start to finish as well as after the transaction. My appointment was late afternoon as as a result we went well past closing time so we could finalize all the financing and paperwork. Frank (as well as the Sales Manager (Chris Thompson) and a couple of others)hung around to wait. Frank took the time to ensure I was fully versed on my BMW and how to operate everything. We went almost two hours past closing time and never seemed to be rushing to get me out of there so he could leave. He even recommended some local restaurants and gave me directions. (no I didn't get Nav) I greatly appreciate the effort Frank put in to making my experience one that I remember. I will be sure to recommend anyone to see Frank Albert when they are in the market for a new BMW. More

I just purchased my second car this year from Scot Murby at BMW of Stratham. Unfortunately, the first car was recently totaled in a very severe accident. After providing my "wish list" of model and options it appeared I would never find what I was looking for. Scot never gave up, and within 2 weeks contacted me to tell me he had found me the perfect car. Since the dealership is approximately 45 minutes from my home, I was having a difficult time getting there for a test drive. Knowing I was without transportation, Scot drove the car to me to allow me the opportunity to see the car and test drive it. After telling him how much I loved the car, he sent someone to pick me up and drive me to the dealership the next afternoon so that I could pick up my "new" car. Scot consistently goes above and beyond what is expected to ensure his customers' satisfaction. This is an excellent dealership and they are extremely fortunate to have Scot Murby on their team. I purchsed a used 335 convertible from BMW of Stratham last weekend. The car is perfect and the day of purchase went very smooth. The reason they are not getting a 5 from me is that we ran into some issues at the beginning of the deal. The sales person made promises that were not kept and they refused to accept a check from my credit union's pre-approved loan. I had a really pleasant experience with this dealership. Everyone was very helpful, especially my client advisor Scot Murby. He was very friendly and helpfil. He answered all my questions. When I arrived after my 4 hour drive from NYC he already had the car I was looking at setup for a test drive without me having to ask for it. During the test drive he kept the conversation to a minimum so the "car" could speak to me. This was as it SHOULD BE during a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car he was trying to sell. All of the paper work with his co- worker in finance Cheryl was taken care of professionally, and she was a pleasant person to talk to as well. They gave me a good deal on my trade in as well. On Tuesday when I arrived to pick up the car, they had it out front all clean and ready with a full tank of gas, once again LIKE IT SHOULD BE.
