I've driven Audi wagons for eight years, was ready to turn it in for another, and found out they are no longer making them in standard transmission. Because of my lifestyle and where I live, I wanted a 6 speed, all-wheel drive wagon. The only comparable car was the BMW 328ix. After doing some web browsing and choosing a salesperson from "Meet our Staff," I called Channing Lyon at BMW of Stratham and told him what I was looking for. He kindly did a bunch or research on new and used cars in my price range. He was the perfect salesperson... responded to emails and phone messages in a timely manner, and was never pushy. He certainly went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted. We did business on the phone, then I drove down to sign paperwork and leave a deposit, and voila! My car was ordered. I tracked the production on-line, and couldn't wait to take delivery. It was all so easy! Everyone at Stratham was friendly and willing to help. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in search of a BMW to do business with this dealership. I've heard this from others as well. I will continue to take my car there for service and look forward to future business with them. PS. I was a die-hard Audi fan for years... and became a true BMW lover in two days. I stumbled on BMW of Stratham having less than exceptional service experiences with my own automotive brand dealers. My first experience involved a simple state inspection. Since that first exceptional experience, BMW of Stratham has serviced my vehicle for front suspension repairs, brake repairs, rear suspension repairs and electronic diagnostics. The technicians are all friendly and professionally trained in their field. Keep in mind that the major repairs are on a vehicle with nearly 130,000 miles, although all of my vehicles (3) of the same brand are serviced at BMW of Stratham. The service department staff at BMW of Stratham are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, accommodating, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the first step in quality service and BMW of Stratham begins with excellence in CRM, through service maintenance and repair completion. All of the staff members are amazingly committed to the customer. I highly recommend John Bowling for the experience and business relationship he has delivered in my visits to the BMW auto service center. John is the service advisor that I have engaged regularly for all the same reasons highlighted in my review. John demonstrates the business model of excellence in CRM. The entire staff mirror these values. The service manager is a high energy individual that demonstrates high enthusiasm for his job, the business and the staff. The real convincing reason for all of you looking for an auto service center that delivers excellence in CRM and finishes with the quality workmanship at exceptional pricing is that the vehicles I have services there are all Mercedes Benz. My review as a customer of BMW of Stratham is written for the exemplary work they perform on my Mercedes vehicles. Having my Mercedes serviced at BMW of Stratham over the OEM manufacturers service centers local to me is very telling. When I'm ready for a new vehicle, BMW of Stratham will win my business for the new BMW of choice. One of the best car buying experiences I've had. Very knowledgeable and non-pressuring. I was trading in an Acura TL and wanted to step into a BMW as I've never owned one. I bought my new 2012 BMW x5 from Ira. From the very begining, starting with the sales process to the delivery, my experience has been nothing less than exceptional. My sales rep, Jon has been prompt in his responses at the same time very patient to hear my queries and requests. Not only did I get a great deal from them, I was taken care off really well all the way through the sales process. Steve Baker was very helpful and cooperative too. He explained in detail about all the options available for my vehicle and gave me a good packaged deal. After I ordered my car through them, they were good to set my expectations upfront that it will be a 6 week waiting period. Even thought this was a painful waiting period, as its hard to wait for your dream car, Jon knew how to take care of the customer well. As I would get anxious and call Jon serveral times through this period, he was always willing to help. If I was living in NH, this is where I would take my business for service as well. Great work guys especially Jon. I would definetly recommend them to anyone. Definately will stop here first for my next purchase. More

My initial contact with Ira BMW Stratham was through their internet department. I chose their dealership purely out of location. I searched their website for a 335, and the one critique that I have of t their internet department. I chose their dealership purely out of location. However once I emailed for information on a vehicle they were very accommodating and sent all the information I had requested. I was told that if interested I should contact Channing Lyon (client advisor). I contacted Channing and arranged to meet him later that day. The dealership was impressive and clean. The cars on the dealership floor were immaculate. Channing took us for a test drive in both a 3 series and a 5 series. After my wife had decided she preferred the 5 series we set about researching colours and package preference. I will admit that 2 of my work colleagues recommended another dealer based on previous experience, however something about the attitude of Channing led me to email him the following Monday with a list of our choices. Channing came back within the day and said the while there was nothing in stock to match our choices, he had located the exact vehicle, sitting in Germany ready to be loaded of the transport ship. Once i agreed to pay a small refundable deposit I was told 2 days later that the car was en route to the US and would be at the dealership in about 3 weeks. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealership Channing had me come up and view the vehicle, which as you can imagine was amazing. I explained to Channing that the vehicle was a surprise gift and he went about arranging the way in which we would present the car to my wife. Most of the dealership personnel knew the situation and all played their part. Channing went above and beyond to complete the surprise and Joel Ginsburg the GM even turned up with balloons once the car had been presented. Overall it turned out the be a perfect day for my wife! The pricing of the vehicle was about what I had expected judging by the MSRP and truecar.com information. Steve Baker was extremely helpful when dealing with the financial side of the purchase. Chris Thompson was also great when valuing my trade in vehicle. Overall this was an awesome experience, and I am extremely pleased to have worked with Channing and all the staff at the dealership. I bought my 2009 128i convertible from this dealership and am very satisfied with the car. The service department could use a little help though. While BMW knew of this issue, they did not send out any notices to warn owners, so I didn't know of my broken tail lights until I was pulled over for it. At the dealiership, they didn't have the new tail light assembly, and didn't know when they would get one. I was given another of the old faulty assemblies to tide me over. Then, nothing. I waited and waited for an update, or notice that the part was in. I finally got an email telling me that the part was in, but when I called to schedule the service was told that the part was not in. I called sevice Manager Jim Medeiros in service about 15 times, and he NEVER, EVER picked up the phone. I had him paged on multiple occaisions - nothing. He's either screening or working from home, but he's unreachable by telephone. Sick of waiting for an update on when parts might finally be available, I called Tulley BMW in Nashua, and they told me they had one of the new assemblies in stock! Needless to say, I scheduled my service over there. Bye Bye Stratham!! More
I ordered a 2011 328xiT thru BMW of Stratham in August and the car was delivered in October. My initial contact with the dealership was by phone (I had heard nothing but great things about the dealership and the car was delivered in October. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately impressed. The facility was beautiful, had a great inventory of cars and I was greeted by very friendly, respectful personnel. Jon Parker was introduced as my Client Advisor. Jon was super personable and very knowledgeable about the cars and could answer every question I had. The great thing about BMW of Stratham is that because of the extensive inventory they have, it is possible to see nearly every exterior and interior colour option, as well as all the various packages and individual options. The other thing that was impressive was that they actually had manual transmission cars in inventory to test drive. Once we finished the test drives, Jon and I went thru the entire order sheet to price out the car "built to order". They came up with a fair price, and trade for my existing car and with that we had a deal. Steve Baker in finance was super helpful to work with and explaining the BMWFS info so I had a clear understanding of my options. Never once during the sales/finance process did I feel pressured or rushed, I was allowed the time to make up my mind. I had no intention of ordering a car the day I did a test drive - and have never done that in the past - so that speaks volumes about how comfortable and non-pressured I felt throughout the whole process. Next up was the excruciating wait for the car to arrive. My car arrived in 7 weeks (but it felt like 14 - lol). Jon was amazing with the follow-up after the order. He immediately sent my order number and VIN as soon as it was available. This info allowed me to enjoy the tracking process that BMW and their shipping company make available to customers. He would email me and let me know any progress updates, so I think weekly we had contact. The week that the car was due to arrive at the dealership, Jon contacted me to arrange delivery and Steve contacted me regarding the finance interest rate because BMWFS had improved their rates from the time that I ordered the car. When my car arrived at the dealership, Jon sent me pictures to show it was there. On delivery day, Jon was very thorough in demonstrating and explaining all the options on my car - again I never felt rushed. Steve was super efficient with all the paperwork with the financing. The deal we originally arrived at never changed (except in my favour with the interest rate), everything was honest and respectful. Overall, I can't say enough great things about the experience of buying a car thru BMW of Stratham. It is interesting because I'm on some BMW forums and there are always horror stories about other dealerships sales experience/follow-up...BMW of Stratham (Jon Parker in particular) are clearly in a different league than most I read about. Would I recommend buying a car from them - absolutely, I already have! More
