Sean, Thank you for responding. Not crying the blues but the damage is done. I went elsewhere for the service & was not pleased with their service. Although, disappointed in BMW of Sherman Oaks (previously known as Center BMW), I will need to make a decision as to whether to try you once again once service is due on my Z4 or to seek out an alternative independent BMW Service in my area. Time will tell. I called a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving to BMW of Sherman Oaks, left a message with a person for my service advisor who I never heard back from, don't know if he even received the message. After Thanksgiving, I tried again, 2 days in a row but was unable to get through to anyone until early the 3rd day & then they could not accommodate me for a Saturday. I know of personnel shortages during these trying times but I was turned off by the lack of responsiveness.

Part II. FINAL WORD: It's ironic how the GMs follow up to all customers who have had bad experiences to rectify their issues after the fact. Top-notch customer service should be given priority initially, so there's no need for us to leave negative reviews. You know the old adage saying for these types of dealerships, "Taillight warranty & customer service." Once you leave the dealership and they don't see your tail light anymore, you no longer have a warranty & customer service. DealerRater should have an option to leave zero stars! _________________________________________________ UPDATED REVIEW: Folks, DO NOT fall for these GMs following up on these negative reviews. It's a ploy making you think they care about customer retention. It's all bullcrap. They don't follow through whatsoever. I can't stress enough to read through the negative reviews first. Take your business elsewhere, and don't be regretful in hindsight.

I left you a voicemail and still have not heard back. Apparently, Steven, Ali, or Armen were supposed to request our insurance information at delivery and that never happened. Steven literally just handed us the keys to a dirty car and sent us on our way. It took several phone calls and voicemails to get Ali to return our call so we could give him the info. In the meantime, the car was also delivered with inoperative rear cross traffic alert. It’s being checked out at a different dealership today.
