BMW of Sherman Oaks

I was sold a 2011 335is with broken turbos and over 10k worth of maintenance. BMW of Sherman Oaks sold me a lemon vehicle. Also had me sign the documents stating I had Front license plates, which the deale worth of maintenance. BMW of Sherman Oaks sold me a lemon vehicle. The sell mens who sold me the car tired to make me kept it. I wanted BMW to either fix the problems or refund me the down payment. Next day as I return the car they had me wait a hour to tell me to come back. I was upset and let the manager and sell men know that it was unacceptable and Disrespectful to treat someones time like this. Manager Roz extended the cancellation dates Return Next time he returns to the dealership. He understood why I was upset and Gave a few demands like refilling my gas tank to drive back home to the IE. Next I arrived they gave me my refund because of the amount of maintenance they needed in order to legally sell me the car. If it wasn’t for the return fee that I paid for I would’ve had to keep it as is. it was a good experience what BMW Sherman Oaks gave me. I didn’t wanna leave a review, but I kept receiving emails about leaving a review of my experience with Sherman Oaks BMW. They basically tried to sell me a lemon, but I refuse to be pushed over that type of way. More
