Only complaint I have with the dealership is charging an additional fee to use your credit card to pay your invoice. Maria is personable and kind. I am happy to work with her. The whole service department could really stand to take a moment and review the customer experience from drop-off to pic I am happy to work with her. Our advisor and our technician were great, but when you pull into the chaos that is a busy service department during rush hour, just getting to them is a challenge. Little to no signage, people who talk too fast, don’t listen, and act like the rest of the world knows how their systems work. Please, slow down, greet the customer long enough to look into both eyes and tell them what they need to know in something less than auctioneer talk. Same experience as a year ago. If I could go somewhere else to put a $600 battery in my BMW, I would consider it. More
