Booked an appointment ahead of time to drop off car & pickup rental. They had me down as waiting. No bmw rental car was offered , spent a lot of money on my vehicle and expected to be put into a bmw . I pickup rental. They had me down as waiting. I had asked to check all tires for any nails , especially because my right rear was leaking for 2 months and I keep having to put air in tire. I was told it is only because of the cold . Picked up vehicle and they did not even fill my tires to the correct psi . More

Easy to set appointment using app. JR that was not our original service agent was great at the end of day pick up. After dropping off and confusing courtesy car pickup that was not a BMW, was told via text oil was on order for car and would not be able to do. We went to pick up late day and was told oil was changed. Not sure how happened but not good service to customer. We asked about fixing a messed up seat belt and did not get completed. Overall much lower quality experience than Mercedes cars we own. More

Cameron is a good kid, very friendly, willing to help.
