Derek Thomas as always was outstanding! I arrived Monday morning at 7:30 with a tire that was basically shredded. I was down to the rim. I obviously should have had it towed. My service advisor assured me that the Service being provided on my car was going to be quick and that I should wait in the lobby even though I requested to be dropped off at work. It took over 2 hours provided on my car was going to be quick and that I should wait in the lobby even though I requested to be dropped off at work. It took over 2 hours for the service to be completed, and once completed no one knew where my car was. I had to locate it through the BMW app. After the recall service was supposedly completed it was never cleared from the notifications in the car either. Everytime I turn the vehicle on it still alerts me to make an appointment to fix the recall. I am giving it a 2 star simply because I did see the total car point inspection and hopeful that they did the service. More
