Much much better than the last service request I had where I was waiting for a part for months, never heard from the service advisor and then was told later the part was already on site but no one had notified me!!! They are very unorganized. Bought a car last week, still missing paperwork. I have the car and unless I send them confirmation of wire transfer I can’t have my documentation. You think they would know whether it was paid for. I do have confirmation of wire transfer. I asked Santiago to have Judd email me my paperwork and I’d email him my confirmation as I do t have Judd’s email. All I can say is that I’m glad I bought a Porsche from them and not a BNW. I won’t need to go back. More
