Naycolle Wright, my Sales Associate has always been the best and I only work with her and have done so for a decade now. She does not make it feel like a car sale. She makes it very comfortable. Caz in finance always gets it done even though hurdles sometimes presents itself, he breaks through the barriers and gets it done. Emilio is a heck of a Sales Manager and is the reason I came to BMW of Sarasota. Amazing team I get to work with and it’s because of them I will always buy another BMW at that location. Service is gone downhill. I am switching dealerships. I’ve been coming there for two years. My name address phone number is wrong in the system. Every time I come in. I waited I am switching dealerships. I’ve been coming there for two years. My name address phone number is wrong in the system. Every time I come in. I waited two hours only to find out they haven’t even started on my car yet. I was only there for an oil change. They couldn’t get in touch with me because my phone number was incorrect in their system. I found out I had a recall and part of my car. They didn’t fix that either even though they said they would. I think it’s time to go somewhere else. More
