A very pleasant experience When I went in to the Rochester Hills, BMW dealership, I was not 100 % certain that I wanted to try a BMW. As a matter of fact, I was just comparing When I went in to the Rochester Hills, BMW dealership, I was not 100 % certain that I wanted to try a BMW. As a matter of fact, I was just comparing the BMW & another luxury vehicle that I was considering, but at least I wanted to drive one so I could make a fair decision. There was no comparison. Sammi made the experience very comfortable & smooth. As a female, I always felt intimidated by the entire car sales/lease experience, however, with Sammi & the rest of the staff, I never felt that way at all. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a purchase or lease in the future !!! Love my BMW X5 !!!! More

True BMW Experience I heard that it is not just about the car but also the actual experience during the sales process that matters when purchasing a BMW - I couldn't agre I heard that it is not just about the car but also the actual experience during the sales process that matters when purchasing a BMW - I couldn't agree with it more after my own experience. Sammi Naoum was my client advisor at BMW of Rochester Hills. He and the dealership were absolutely amazing from the beginning. Sammi worked with me through the entire process (which took several months because I had to special order my 435 xi GC) from selection of the vehicle to delivery.
