Most recently, we worked with Brad Paris and had an outstanding experience from my first e-mail to Brad to driving the car off the lot; he was a pleasure to work with. The service experience with our X3 (the vehicle we purchased in June of 2014) has also been excellent -- loaners are typically available and if not, I've been shuttled to work without issue. The fact that we came back for a second vehicle of this price class should speak volumes for our opinion of the dealership and the staff. More
