Enjoyable experience For my current vehicle purchase I was considering three different models from three different manufacturers. After test driving a BMW my manufacturers list was down to one. Now it was a matter of selecting a model. Tonya was a tremendous help in narrowing my search while taking into consideration my budget requirements. I didn't make it easy for her. I can be very indecisive and that meant multiple trips to the dealership and many different test drives. After a month I finally settled on a 5 series. Tonya's patience with me is to be commended. None of this would have been possible if the dealership did not have its 'no pressure' sales practice in place. This is very important to me. Almost as important as the vehicle choices on the lot. This alone is enough for me to consider BMW or Rochester Hills my first choice for my next vehicle. More
