I was able to take my time walking around the lot looking at multiple cars without being pressured by a sales person. After having an idea of what I may be interested in, I was met by Frank Sands. After looking at multiple cars I did have some questions about the differences in each model and Frank was able to answer them all. We decided to take the car out for a drive. The drive was pressure free as we were able to take the car out ourselves which allowed us freedom top talk openly about how we felt about the car. After we decided this was the car for us, the purchase was smooth from the sales, financing, and service members. A complete walk through of the car's amenities were shown to us. Emails with vital information was provided. The car was clean and filled with gas. We were encouraged to call with any questions or concerns. The registration for the car was even delivered to our house in person. Great service without pressure. Highly recommend Frank and the entire BMW of Rochester staff. Well done! More

Enjoyable experience For my current vehicle purchase I was considering three different models from three different manufacturers. After test driving a BMW my manufacturers For my current vehicle purchase I was considering three different models from three different manufacturers. After test driving a BMW my manufacturers list was down to one. Now it was a matter of selecting a model. Tonya was a tremendous help in narrowing my search while taking into consideration my budget requirements. I didn't make it easy for her. I can be very indecisive and that meant multiple trips to the dealership and many different test drives. After a month I finally settled on a 5 series. Tonya's patience with me is to be commended. None of this would have been possible if the dealership did not have its 'no pressure' sales practice in place. This is very important to me. Almost as important as the vehicle choices on the lot. This alone is enough for me to consider BMW or Rochester Hills my first choice for my next vehicle. More
