My recent experience After having my CPO BMW for several months, I managed to do something which turned on the navigation "guidance to home". Try as I might, I couldn't After having my CPO BMW for several months, I managed to do something which turned on the navigation "guidance to home". Try as I might, I couldn't figure out how to turn it off...or what I had done in the first place to turn it on. Kyle offered to help me when I called him, but we couldn't correct it on the phone. He had me come in, and in a matter of minutes the problem was solved. We then discussed many other things that I wanted to review. He was extremely knowledgeable on all counts, and said I was welcome to come back any time if other issues arose. He is a credit to the dealership. And as long as I'm on my soapbox I must tell the world that BMW of Rochester Hills is the best dealer I have ever dealt in my life. All the employees are always courteous, caring and helpful. Eitel Dam is to be congratulated for creating an atmosphere which is refreshing and rare in this day and age. More

Great dealership, great selection, great staff! I purchased a CPO X5, my first used BMW and the third BMW I've owned, from BMW of Rochester Hills in early October. From the moment I was greeted at t I purchased a CPO X5, my first used BMW and the third BMW I've owned, from BMW of Rochester Hills in early October. From the moment I was greeted at the entrance until I drove off with my new car, everyone and everything at the dealership went as one would hope- courteous, professional, friendly staff and a comfortable, enjoyable showroom. If this sounds a bit over-the-top, perhaps it is because this and the L.R. dealership were the two nicest of the MANY dealerships I have visited in the past 14 months of car shopping. Seemingly little things, like the display of interior materials (including large pieces of the seating materials in the various colors, something I have never seen before and I thought was very useful!), the space allocated to the various functions of the dealership, and the attentive yet not pushy staff. Speaking of the staff- my highest recommendation for Mary Ann Curcuru, David de Hann, and especially my sales advisor, Erick Grabruck. My car search was a long one and I knew exactly what I wanted and because of my research and ownership of BMW's I already knew the features, etc. of the car I purchased. Erick was great in realizing that I didn't require a lot of buyer education, etc. and did not waste time on unnecessary sales related "stuff" yet was able to thoroughly answer any questions I did ask- this was helpful as I drove almost 70 miles and had a return trip with pending rush hour traffic. While expedient, Erick was eager to answer my questions and explain a few things to me, etc., despite the gentle rain falling during my visit. As a "car guy", I appreciated his level of knowledge of the brand and of motorsports in general; for me that is an important part of sales process. My vehicle does have a few little items which are not part of the CPO checklist and did not really surface until I did my at-home detailing. I sent a list of the items to Erick and he indicated that the dealership will take care of my all-minor issues. I have yet to make the trip but anticipate it will go well. Highly recommended! More
