I happened upon BMW of Peabody while looking for a pre-owned VW. Landed a 2010 VW CC that was already priced below Kelly Blue Book. I went there ready to deal with car salesmen shenanigans. No such thing happened. Professional, great service, and very straightforward dealing with them. Test drove, was ready to buy, and simply said what my budgeted price was. They countered with a very reasonable offer and that was it, paperwork was started, picked up the car 5 days later (holiday in between). No back and forth, no pushiness, none of the things you expect from old-school car dealers. They even took the car for inspection and since there was concern about the crank, they put in a new battery. I dealt with Frank, and he was great. More

She is passionate and knowledgeable about her product: she's been driving BMWs her whole life and you can tell she really loves them. Low pressure, high service and she really went the extra mile for us. Recent service I got my car service done few months back and now seeing the service engine soon light coming again.
