We are avid car buyers having done business and multiple dealerships across MA. BMW of Peabody by far exceed them all. We knew a lot about the vehicles and inventory before we got to the dealership but John Cotter our sales reps was fantastic expanding upon all the features that we never knew existed. The trade in process was no haggle, great experience as was negotiating on the new vehicle. We were able to get in and out with a deal in under 2.5 hours (which included a 30 min test drive). The delivery process was also fantastic, John walked us through all the details and tricks with setting up the entertainment system and other functions in the car. We couldn't have been happier with this car buying experience. From initial reception in the dealership to management negotiation thru financing they were all top notch.
