Excellent support with the recent services done I got my car service done few months back and now seeing the service engine soon light coming again. He makes the car buying process so simple and seamless. When I showed up for my appointment, he had the car I was going to test drive ready to go with the plates on and it was running. When I returned to the dealership, he had my second test drive car parked out front and ready to go. I did not wait at all. He shows great patience while explaining the cars features and is extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells! Even the paperwork process was effortless since Jamie handles it all expeditiously. After the sale was complete, Jamie followed up to see if I had any questions or if he could help with anything. He is very thorough and truly wants his customers to be satisfied with their new car. Within 30 minutes of my arrival at the dealership I had taken a test drive, been given a trade-in value on my Volvo (which they increased without any trouble after I asked for a better trade-in), and had negotiated a fair price for my vehicle. Kaitlyn and Bruce were polite, respectful, extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with. Kaitlyn had everything ready for me the next morning when I picked up my new car.
