We got a good price but during the initial "inspection" I had missed the scratches on the middle chrome console in the car. On the day of the purchase, my fiance noticed them and there was nothing we could do about it. Jamie called after the sale was done, and said that he noted my disappointment and his goal is to have a 100% satisfied customer so he is working with his manager to see what he could do about the scratches. Few days later he called to say that the console will be replaced free of charge by BMW! I was thrilled! Not only that, Jamie came to my residence to deliver the loaner car and delivered the car back when it was fixed! I will recommend Jamie to anyone who is looking to buy a BMW. More
