I was in the market for a BMW X5 and after visiting or talking over the phone to different BMW I dealt with Jamie McCoy, a great person to deal with. I was in the market for a BMW X5 and after visiting or talking over the phone to different BMW dealerships and their salespeople, I felt the most comfortable with BMW Peabody they way I was treated from the door and on. Jamie was great, took his time and answered all of our questions and Rick the manager was great person too, both had great manners and no attitude. Also they did a great Job with detailing the car since I bought Certified Preonwed. I had a really pleasant service all around! Thank you guys! More

Amazing service We were shopping for a used car and had some very specific requirements. We visited 9 dealerships till we found the perfect looking car online it was We were shopping for a used car and had some very specific requirements. We visited 9 dealerships till we found the perfect looking car online it was far away but looked perfect. I emailed and set up an appointment they called shortly after and set everything up. Upon arriving to the dealer at 6pm I walked in and asked for Jeff. He was standing at the counter waiting for us. We are not your typical looking BMW buyer but they did not care. Jeff had the car up front and warm. He took us for a drive and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question. When it came time to talk business he was very easy going and gave us all the time we needed. Our old car was not yet officially totalled and we did not want to buy till we were sure. Jeff understood and said they would hold the car with no money down for 3 days. They did. When it came time to buy Jeff was there for every step and offered us everything possible. When we picked up the car he spent a half hour teaching us how to use this fancy BMW. His amazing customer service and the dealerships programs for people that buy from them will make us do the long drive to buy from again and drive past dozens of other dealers to get there. More
The best car buying experience! I called Frank Lopez in hopes of finding a new or used BMW x3 after telling me what inventory the dealership had in Stock he invited me down to take I called Frank Lopez in hopes of finding a new or used BMW x3 after telling me what inventory the dealership had in Stock he invited me down to take a test drive with my fiancee. We both picked out the perfect black on black x3. It had CPO (Certified Preowned) and looked brand new. We have now owned the car for 2 weeks and are in love with it! Frank was a delight to work with from the first phone call to the follow up after we took delivery. Undoubtedly the best car buying experience we have ever had! Thanks Frank Lopez! He has always been courteous, responsive and helpful. He has offered candid advise when asked and has been very pleasant to do business with. My previous car was an Audi Q7, there is a difference in the quality and class of service here at BMW. I am now looking at replacing my 2011 X5 with a new BMW. Part of the reason I am purchasing another BMW is due to the great service I have experienced and BMW Peabody. More

Pain in my GT I am not usually one to write a review on websites, but this one warrants some of my time. I bought a certified pre-owned 550i GT from BMW Peabody ba I am not usually one to write a review on websites, but this one warrants some of my time. I bought a certified pre-owned 550i GT from BMW Peabody back in November 2015. The experience initially was quite good with the sales representative being responsive to my questions and requests. The car took about a week to be prepared with a full check-up prior to pick-up, which I was fine with. Then things went wrong: I took deliver of the car and within a couple of weeks that I noticed the gas gauge was not functioning properly. Brought the car back to dealership and they mentioned that the battery had not been checked properly and was the cause of the problem, which was fixed. Then a few days later, the check engine light went on, cause was that no oil change had been performed on the car for the past 9,000 miles. Service agent was kind enough to get it done and apologized. Fast forward to April 2016, started to notice a substantial vibration in the car from 40 - 75 miles an hour. Dealership had the car for a total of over 1.5 MONTHS and after multiple back and fourths, they were unable to diagnose the problem and while the vibration was still there, it was deemed with tolerance and dealership could not do anything more. They stated that the design of the car is the reason and they confirmed this with BMW USA, however, BMW USA will admit to no such thing. Therefore, no resolution to the issue. Worst yet, I had noticed coolant leak after the last Peabody had the car for over a month, which they indicated was nothing. I recently switched dealerships and they informed me that my car was not firing on all cylinders and had to replace spark plugs and coils, not to mention they identified a leak in the coolant hose, for which the quote was $2600. A necessary repair from what I am told because my turbos could overheat. Most of this not covered under extended warranty sold to me by BMW Peabody. Out of the 9 months that I have owned this car, over 3 have been spent at a dealership. Tried to address this with BMW leadership, even leaving a message for Warren Waugh, but guess what, no return phone call. I would have been happy to return the car for another, but do I want another lemon from them. More
