Great experience again Leased out 3rd BMW from Jamie McCoy at BMW of Peabody. Great service as usual. We originally were going to lease a Subaru Outback as we now have 2 dogs and the sedan was not going to work anymore. Our experience at Subaru was so horrible we went to see if Jamie could get us into a crossover and he came through with flying colors as usual! We leased an X-1 and my wife loves it and it has plenty of room for the dogs. Thanks to Jamie for another great experience. He listens to what you the buyer wants instead of trying to put you in a car that isn't for you. My wife loves her 4 Series and I am thoroughly enjoying my 6 Series Gran Coupe! Outstanding service I recently purchased a certified pre owned 2013 328xi from BMW of Peabody. I had the pleasure of working with Jamie McCoy. After establishing what I recently purchased a certified pre owned 2013 328xi from BMW of Peabody. I had the pleasure of working with Jamie McCoy. After establishing what I was looking for ie,.model, financial parameters , etc. Jamie identified at least five cars that I might be interested in. After narrowing my choice down to two vehicles, Jamie arranged a test drive with both. I made my choice quickly after driving these cars. The lower mileage ultimately won out. We went over to the finance office , and within a half hour I was signing papers. The whole experience from" just looking" to purchasing took about two hours. If not for the enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism of Jamie McCoy, I still might be looking. Bill B. More

After 10 years of wonderful service and value we traded in our first purchase (a 2008 335xi) and combined the end of lease of our 2014 X3 for awesome 2017 540i xdrive. Once again the process was painless... Jamie gave us the time and guidance to compare a M240i, 440i and the 5 series. He helped us build the car of our dreams with several adds that came factory installed. All the paperwork was done very professionally and thoroughly. More
Failure to respond or process refund On 8 May we placed a $500 deposit for a Car and upon research that evening we knew it was not the car for us (it had been on the market for 58 days an On 8 May we placed a $500 deposit for a Car and upon research that evening we knew it was not the car for us (it had been on the market for 58 days and was at least $1,700 over the fair market value). I requested a refund through D. Marson on 9 May and as of today, 28 May we have not received our refund or a response other than "confirmed" that our refund request was received (this is after there was silence for 5 days following our request). I contacted the sales manager on Friday, 25 May as the operator connected me with the manager, JOHN Pirotts and I left a detailed message with my request and phone number and again no response. I am frustrated and this is not a company I will ever do business with again in the future. If someone is reading this from corporate I would like a response and ourmoney so we can go our seperate ways. More

We bought a used BMW X3, took it home and immediately had battery, electric, starter issues. Had to have it towed there within the first month. The service guy was rude and acted "put out" by my exsistence. He was on Facebook instead of dealing with my issues. After 4/5 months of going back and forth with them over the lemon vehicle they sold us. We traded it in and lost 3k, because of negative equity. We got a chevy equinox, and now have spent two weeks trying to get the registration, because the vin # was incorrect on the paperwork. More

I leased a Jeep for my son from Kelly 3 Jamie always goes above and beyond but recently I was reminded of what a terrific person he is to deal with. I leased a Jeep for my son from Kelly 3 years ago. The lease was up and the car had to be returned, not to Kelly but to the leasing company which was inconveniently located in Framingham In addition to the 4 hours of my day that this took, they also have 24 hours to inspect the car, I also had to take the plates and cancel the registration. As I sat in traffic, I called Jamie and left him a vm. to see if he thought this was legal. He ,of course, called me back within a short period of time. He called just as I had realized I could not do the plate return on line, due to the fact that the leasing company owned the car. In typical Jamie fashion, he told me to drop off the plates and he would take care of it. Which, he did within the hour. This is just another example of how Jamie goes above and beyond to provide great service to his clients.. He is the best and will always have my business. More
