Unprofessional Documentation & Unethical Price changing I recently approached this dealership to test drive a CPO X5 that I was interested in. I was first advised that the car was sold. But within an a cou I recently approached this dealership to test drive a CPO X5 that I was interested in. I was first advised that the car was sold. But within an a couple of hours, was updated that it had become available again. In order to rush me down, I was told on two separate occasions that someone else was coming in to buy it. Which did not happen. After I finally arranged a test drive for the X5, I noted that the price of the vehicle had increased on the dealers website by 2K. I asked about the increase and was told that the lower price was a month end sales price but the lower price would be honored only for me. I was told I had first right of refusal for the vehicle. The Salesman emailed me documents to print, review and sign. This included a credit app, sales agreement, handwritten warranty notes scribbled onto blank pieces of paper and scribbled notes by the salesman regarding me personally and my intent to buy or just being curious. These notes included very strategic comments about the "sales" price of the car and the price being honored to me now being a "firm price". All very unprofessional presentation that would be expected from a BMW dealership. The dealer then dropped the offer for the value of my trade by a significant amount, citing reasons that were not valid and changed their reasons on a different conversation. Cargurus.com documents that the original price of the X5 was the price that I originally saw. It was not a months end sales price. It had been the price for the past three months at that dealership. The dealer sold the vehicle to another buyer while I was still in active negotiation on the price differences on the X5 and my trade. They clearly had a buyer that came in after they raised the price and intentionally changed the original deal with me in order to make it impossible to negotiate. The handwritten paperwork, personal notes and comments from the salesman were unprofessional. The dealer refused to make good any of the deal that they offered me and unethically railroaded me out of the deal for a higher buyer. More

He was always updating me what was going on with the car. When the time came to sign the paper work it was a smooth experience all I had to do was sign he made sure everything was done. He made sure the car was spotless clean. It was a perfect car purchase could not have good any better. Thank you Jamie! More

Times change and needed a 4 dr. vehicle , What better than a M3 4 dr. I contacted Jamie McCoy and he made sure it happened for me. 10 years later he is still the man !! Great attention to details and he even let me take it home to show my wife and kids to see if it was the right fit for the family. Top Notch ! I have to give 5 stars to John Pirotte, Alex Dytko, Wendi Lee and Scott Arrigo as well. Such a "GREAT" experience from start to finish ! Thank you all ! More

The outstanding service doesn't stop with Jamie as his team took the time to explain all the "smart technology" features in the car. Additionally, the finance department was wonderful to work with in explaining the service options and in finding me the best rate. More
