We took a demo vehicle of the model that I was eyeing, and went back to his office to discuss pricing. He gave me (what I considered) a very fair value for my trade in, and some cost incentives. Deal was done. The day that I went to pick up the car, Jared found a small ding on it . Fortunate for me was that they were completely HONEST about it, and fixed it within a few days. Frankly, It was small enough that I *may* not have seen it until later.... Jared called me every day to give me a status update on where we were, and they gave me a loaner vehicle during the "ding fix" The honesty and integrity of BMW Peabody and Jared is what has won me over for my current, and future business. I wont' be buying cars from anywhere else going forward. The team is responsive, makes you feel like you are the only and most important customer, bends over backwards to accommodate you, and handles you with professionalism and respect. They call you even on their days off to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your car. The customer service does not stop when you drive off in your new car. When you return for service or just to ask a question, the same level of service is provided. For service, Dave Buchanan and Kay (when Dave is not available) has been my service adviser for years. It's a seamless experience from one member of the BMW team to another. It's like having your own cockpit crew. 10 out of 10 all around in every category.
