It was challenging for me to solve a number of concerns in upgrading to the a BMW and I really appreciated the help, advice, patience and courtesy that was extended to me from the minute I walked in all the way through when I was given the keys to my new BMW days later. She is certainly one of your top model sales women on your team and should be commended highly in this regard. On the other hand, I do have one complaint but it is not with Mrs. Anderson. My previous vehicle from BMW, the sales person hid a balloon payment in the contract that I did not know about and that has caused undue burden and hardship on me. I am not sure why he did but that is a shady way of doing business and certainly not a good practice. I have incurred undue ADDED expenses which resulted in the vehicle accruing a higher than normal balance on the purchase. BMW should give me some form of credit on this vehicle by reducing the overall amount I have to pay for the purchase of the vehicle. I would love to hear from you in regards to this matter. I had to edit my review as it reflected what I felt from my previous purchase which should have no bearing on Ms. Anderson. More
