Best car buying experience ever I called Eric Lowery because I was in a situation where I purchased the car eight months ago and I hated it..Went up to the dealership the same day to I called Eric Lowery because I was in a situation where I purchased the car eight months ago and I hated it..Went up to the dealership the same day to talk to him to see what I could do Eric told me no problem..Never in 1 million years did I think that I would be riding out of the dealership in my dream car everything he told me he could do he did..And to top it off the finance manager was amazing (after closing hours) and very Down to earth he answered all my questions and explained everything to me no pushy salesman is here they want you to get the best deal and they want you to feel comfortable before making a big purchase ..I’m still on cloud nine because I had no idea that this would happen so fast with no issues I was able to trade in the car Get the full amount of the value of my trade and purchased X5 I always wanted..the following day and noticed a nail in the tire I texted Eric and he told me to bring it right up the tire was replaced with no pushback from the dealership saying it was my fault.And the entire service staff was amazing..Eric is the true definition of a good Salesman that knows his product and cares about his customer and not someone just trying to make a sale..I would definitely recommend Eric Lowery and BMW of Owings Mills they are five star.... Karen, our Client Advisor, was very welcoming and gave us peace of mind. She handled this transaction with finesse and ease because we purchased two brand new vehicles (X2 and X4) at the same time. Tyrone Greene (Manager) and Bob Harris (Finance Director) assisted us with the transaction as well. Both were very informative and put us through a swift financial process for the two vehicles. Post-purchase?, BMW Genius - David Brown was extremely? exceptional and knowledgeable in training us on our new vehicles. He was very responsive when we had questions after our initial training. We are still having issues with Bluetooth? connectivity and we’re managing that with the team.
