Karen, our Client Advisor, was very welcoming and gave us peace of mind. She handled this transaction with finesse and ease because we purchased two brand new vehicles (X2 and X4) at the same time. Tyrone Greene (Manager) and Bob Harris (Finance Director) assisted us with the transaction as well. Both were very informative and put us through a swift financial process for the two vehicles. Post-purchase?, BMW Genius - David Brown was extremely? exceptional and knowledgeable in training us on our new vehicles. He was very responsive when we had questions after our initial training. We are still having issues with Bluetooth? connectivity and we’re managing that with the team.
