I was so impressed with this dealership. I was immediately greeted by Kevin Robinson. He listened to me describe the car I was looking for and the price range I was working with. He really seemed to be knowledgable about BMW's as well as other cars. I really felt like I was talking to someone who had my best interest in mind. He did not pressure me and gave me the time and space to consider all of the choices I had. All of the other people I came in contact with were very personable as well. The car I chose is wonderful. It is exactly what I was looking for. I got a great price for my trade in and I have a fantastic car now for a magnificent price. I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family! PRICE FOR ONE, BUT MOSTLY FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED WHEN I CALLED IN AND SPOKE TO ANDY SANDLES...HE WAS SOOOO POLITE AND HELPFUL AND SEEMED TO GENUINELY CARE ABOUT ME AND FINDING ME THE PERFECT CAR TO MEET MY NEEDS..ALSO IF I HAD ANY CONCERNS OR PROBLEMS HE WAS ALWAYS JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY TO HELP ME. I got a loaner car 2009 BMW 328I out while my car was in service with Northwest BMW last week. When I brought my loaner car back, they saw me a scratch on the back bumper and ask me to pay for the repair. service with Northwest BMW last week. The damage was there when I took the car out, now they want me to pay for somebody damage. It was very very unfair. They just want somebody to fix their mistake for free...everybody bee careful while take a loaner car from them...they might ask to pay a lot when u bring your car back... More

These guys really want your business and will work hard to make you happy.Best of all , parts staff was very patient and helpful. Best prices also. I met and made appt. for service after I was impressed with their knowledge of the BMW cars. Service advisor,Mark Johnson, was very patient and extremely helpful.AAA+++ Thank you so much. They got me in very promptly for service and arranged for loaner car,(no charge),which was ready and waiting. Thank you also to Charmaine Corporal for your help and wonderful loaner car. The service team called me and let me know what needed to be done and what could wait. This is rare as other dealers try to force you into every repair to get more money. Not these guys. Thanks. No pressure and worked with me on what needed to be done. They really want to be your dealer now and in the future. I WILL BE BACK ! Prices for repairs was on point and these guys did excellent work! Car runs like new. Their knowledge was AWESOME ! Found real problem that 3 other BMW dealers did not. Did not try to find problem and charge me. Found problems ,explained to me truthfully so you can understand and make correct repairs. Again, very patient and helpful. Did what was authorized and needed and was done within a day ! I could not have been more impressed. Car was clean and washed upon my pickup next day ! Sat down with service advisor upon pickup and Mark explained what had been done and why. AWESOME ! Even called and emailed to make sure I was happy with all the work.This is what real customer service is supposed to be like. In the Maryland and PA area this may be the best dealer I have been to yet. Thanks again and I will be a customer again and again ! More

The most unpleasant experience ever. The sales manager was not even willing to give me a counteroffer until I raised my voice and told him that I would absolutely not buy a car from him unless he gave me was not even willing to give me a counteroffer until I raised my voice and told him that I would absolutely not buy a car from him unless he gave me a lower quote. I was willing to negotiate and had the $ money to buy the car, I was prepared for this kind of nastiness. This was a third car for my family and I could have walked out, in hindsight I realize that would have been a better option that haggling with this difficult and arrogant man. I will never buy another car from this dealership again. Also, the finance manager offered a low financing rate right when I was about to sign the check for the full purchase price. I didn't need the financing but these games were ridiculous. It's a disgrace to BMW to have this kind of people sell their vehicles. More
