I originally bought my BMW through NW. They gave me by far the best price. Even though I live in VA, I still come back here for service. They always give me a service loaner. All the staff are polite and professional. Checkin is very fast. You don't have to wait while someone gets around to taking your car. They stay with the repairs until they are done. They are clear about the time to make them. There isn't a single DC that matches the performance of NW. The closest dealer to me takes forever to give you a service appointment if you didn't buy the car from them. It's a hassle for me to come around the DC beltway and get over to Baltimore, but it's worth the inconvenience to have my car serviced where I bought it. More

After handling as much as I could over the phone I drove to Owings Mill, MD to actually see and test drive the vehicle. Mr. Greene and the rest of the folks there were absolutely great...couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. I was looking for a 2008 X3 certified pre-owned and they had exactly what I was looking for with regard to options, color, etc. I was at the dealership about 2.5 hours and it seemed like only about an hour. They did everything they could to make my time at their dealership enjoyable. An excellent dealership to do business with. Would definately go back. We had financing from our credit union, but when we went to the finance office, Bob Harris beat our credit union rate and got us 2.9% financing. Wow, what a bonus! I love my new car! More
Northwest is a great dealer! Let me start by saying that I have two dealers to pick from and this is my 4th New BMW from this dealer. You heard correctly not 2nd or 3rd but 4th and after this recent purcha I have two dealers to pick from and this is my 4th New BMW from this dealer. You heard correctly not 2nd or 3rd but 4th and after this recent purchase/lease I can tell you there most likely will be a 5th. Now the staff at this time is different from 3 years ago but I first contacted George and he assured me I would get the same high quality service from his team. Went into the dealer and got straight forward pricing on the car I wanted. No games or monkey business! We agreed on a price and ordered the car. When it came in the car was perfect and just as requested. The dealer even valued my time so much that they delivered the car to my home and we signed papers here! Now that is service. Thanks again Northwest!!!! More
I bought my new 2011 328i Coupe yesterday from Northwest BMW. Here are the reasons why: #1 - Pricing: Northwest beat every other quote I received from the BMW dealers in the 50 mile radius of DC!! #2 - Customer Service: Remember the good ol' days when you bought groceries at mom & pop stores where they treated you as a friend or family? I got exactly that same treatment. No flashy offices. No pressure sales. No "I have to talk to my manager" B.S. #3 - Overall Experience: I'll give them 5 stars. Tyrone Greene went over & beyond to accommodate my lease-end return, new purchase & financing. Like a Bimmer, what matters is the handling & not the flashiness. If you get past the simple looking offices, you are in for a pleasant experience! Good luck with your purchase. Cheers!! More

I was given prompt, professional, warm and friendly service from every person at Northwest from start to finish and Andy Sandles, who sold me my car last summer, ensured that everything went smoothly and that I was truly taken care of. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was addressed and that I got a good price (in this case, on a new tire). I got a lovely new loaner car, and was able to move quickly through the process and he kept me up to date every step of the way. I wouldn't go anywhere else and am grateful for all the extra effort Andy gives to his clients. More
