I heard good things about Northwest BMW from a friend. On my initial visit I met George, the new car sales manager. We had a long friendly chat and it turns out that George has been at the dealership for man my initial visit I met George, the new car sales manager. George introduced me to Melvin Bey, also a very experienced and knowegeable salesman. The test drive and conversation went well but I decided to wait a few months for new models. When finally ready to buy a 2013 X3 335i, melvin assisted me with an order for a custom car. I offered a fair price and it was accepted. The whole process took about 90 minutes and went perfectly. I've now been driving the car for a several months. It is my first new car out of dozens that did not have some kinks to work out. It has been 100% flawless and is an absolute joy to drive. My dealings with the parts and service departments have so far been flawless as well. I can therefor give Northwest BMW a perfect 5 star rating. More

Melvin was an excellent Sales Rep. He knew the all of the cares stats and provided excellent direction on what cars to purchase. When I recently contacted the dealership via email to determine if they would be able to find a new X1 with the options we were looking for, I received a response from an aggressive salesperson who wasn't very friendly. He seemed abrasive and confrontational when I shared what I was looking for. This was a totally different experience than what I'm accustomed to with this dealership. More

Took my 2002 745li to the Northwest BMW dealership in Owingsmills Maryland for service repair. I went into the dealership just to look around and ask a few questions and I was pleasantly surprised that by the end of the evening I was off the lot with a 2011 BMW 128i! I went in to ask questions about a 2009 BMW and was able to get something much newer with a full warranty! Eric was so nice, so attentive, and even worked out a great deal on a trade for me. This is absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. I would highly recommend Eric and the entire time I worked with. Joy was very knowledgeable and pleasant and Peter was also! i recently purchase a 5 series station wagon from northwest bmw. i had been searching for quite a while for this vehicle since it has not been produced since 2010 and there are not many of them aroun northwest bmw. i had been searching for quite a while for this vehicle since it has not been produced since 2010 and there are not many of them around. having found a car i wanted in maryland i was prepared to pay to transport the car to new york. this would have added at least $650 to my expenses but to my surprise, tyrone told me he would be happy to drive the car from his dealership straight to my doorstep! a drive of at least 4 hours each way. he and his lovely wife did indeed deliver the car to me and he was even more personable and knowledgeable in person than on the phone. throughout the deal, he was prompt in answering all questions and was never pushy. very straightforward and well-mannered salesman, which was very much appreciated. i feel i got a fair price on the car and the overall buying experience was great. i highly recommend tyrone.
