We spoke on the phone at least 4-5 times prior to stopping in the dealership. At no time did I feel like Melvin was trying to sell me anything...but rather he educated me on the pros and cons of financing vs. leasing. As a consultant, Melvin focused our conversations around financial planning and what would make the most sense for us in the short and long term future based on our driving habits, and budget. When we got to the dealership, the only thing we had to do was test drive the car of our choice and sign paperwork. Melvin helped us get our financing in place ahead of time so the process was seamless from start to finish. I would recommend Melvin and Northwest BMW without reservation. Every time I take my car in for service, the service is incredible. The staff is friendly and professional. They are always courteous and explain whats being done, the cost and when I can expect to get m incredible. The staff is friendly and professional. Since I live about 20 miles away, I always have to get a loaner and they have always been able to provide one. The traffic getting to and from the dealership is no fun but worth the drive for this type of service. More

I heard good things about Northwest BMW from a friend. On my initial visit I met George, the new car sales manager. We had a long friendly chat and it turns out that George has been at the dealership for man my initial visit I met George, the new car sales manager. We had a long friendly chat and it turns out that George has been at the dealership for many years and is very knowlegeable about cars in general and BMWs in particular. George introduced me to Melvin Bey, also a very experienced and knowegeable salesman. The test drive and conversation went well but I decided to wait a few months for new models. When finally ready to buy a 2013 X3 335i, melvin assisted me with an order for a custom car. I offered a fair price and it was accepted. The whole process took about 90 minutes and went perfectly. I've now been driving the car for a several months. It is my first new car out of dozens that did not have some kinks to work out. It has been 100% flawless and is an absolute joy to drive. My dealings with the parts and service departments have so far been flawless as well. I can therefor give Northwest BMW a perfect 5 star rating. More

In 2009 I purchased a new vehicle from Northwest and had a phenomenal experience. The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable and sincerely cared about helping me find the exact vehicle I was looking f a phenomenal experience. When I recently contacted the dealership via email to determine if they would be able to find a new X1 with the options we were looking for, I received a response from an aggressive salesperson who wasn't very friendly. He seemed abrasive and confrontational when I shared what I was looking for. This was a totally different experience than what I'm accustomed to with this dealership. More
Took my 2002 745li to the Northwest BMW dealership in Owingsmills Maryland for service repair. This was by far the best car buying experience in my 23 driving years! Dealership could not have been more friendly and caring. And they were very quick but didn't leave anything out.
