Andrew was the reason I probably bought this vehicle at this location. He was a real gentleman, honest, friendly and could not have been more patient with a senior citizen couple who had no idea about all this location. The service department is the worst... they take advantage of people, do not communicate information well at all. I had my car taken there recently and the issue was never diagnosed on the first v advantage of people, do not communicate information well at all. I had my car taken there recently and the issue was never diagnosed on the first visit but i was charged a $140 fee.... i was than told to return the car and it would be checked for free, not really i already paid and it was not done properly. when i pick my car up i noticed my mileage was increased by almost 1,000 miles and no on can account for this... Sad part is speaking with management didn't help at all. I will never take my car there again. More
My wife and I had a difficult situation with an unexpected loss of a vehicle and we stopped in to Northwest BMW to take a look at some potential replacement vehicles. We have had previous experien unexpected loss of a vehicle and we stopped in to Northwest BMW to take a look at some potential replacement vehicles. We have had previous experience at a MINI dealership and thought the customer service there was excellent, however Andrew Nass showed us that it gets even better! Andrew greeted us in a friendly and professional manner and took us on a few test drives. We ended up leaving the dealership comfortably with his card to eventually return and make a deal on a vehicle that was scheduled to be coming in from the factory in only a few days. Andrew kept us updated and it turned out our vehicle was going to be delayed by several weeks. This was trouble for us as we needed to replace our loss vehicle quickly and Andrew did everything he could to help us in our situation including arranging for us to have use of a loaner vehicle for some of the wait time. Overall our difficult situation was made into a great experience here by Andrew Nass. Thanks Andrew! More

The car, a 2013 BMW X3 28i was fully prepped (with a full tank of gas) and looked great. We ordered it from production and it arrived even sooner than promised. They pre-set all the configurable options to our liking - e.g., radio stations, phone, seats, mirrors, lights, locks, etc. - before giving us a through review of all the cars functions. I definitely recommend you give Melvin and Northwest BMW a call. More
I leased a beautiful 2013 BMW 3 series from this dealer. There were a couple rough spots they ordered the wrong car initially. I requested XDrive and the car came in without it. I had an old car trade-in for new 2013 525xi. Excellent to work with Tyrone Greene, entrire deal was done with a couple phone conversations and one visit to the dealership.
