Easy Breezy As a total BMW devotee, I visited North West BMW knowing which car I wanted, as well as how much I wanted to spend. I had previously leased through another local BMW dealership but I was not pleased with the service I received during that time nor the lack of interest in keeping me as a customer. I did take the path of least resistance and returned to that dealership but knew that it would be wise to check out other dealerships in the area, so I went to North West. Mandy, my wonderful sales associate, met me in the lot, I let her know which car I was interested in and what price I wanted to pay. She talked to Tyrone, general manager, and with minimal haggling, I signed the contract for my new Bimmer. I returned the next day to pick up my new car and was treated like family. Mandy came in on her day off to make sure everything went smoothly and Tyrone also met with me to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone is professional and genuine. If you want BMW, go to see the crew at North West, they will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Definitely stands way above the rest of the local dealerships. More

We had started our car search with Karen several months ago and didn’t find anything to fit our needs. Recently, I came across a listing at Northwest BMW, and as soon as I walked into the dealership, there was Karen, eager and ready to help. Karen made the car buying process very personal and made sure that we felt comfortable every step of the way. The entire BMW team was very welcoming and attentive to our needs, but Karen added that personal touch. She even went as far as to snap some photos of the new car with one of those massive red bows, despite is being 11pm. We will be back when it’s time to get our M3. More

Here is what I really liked when I was asking questions and looking at price.....Kessai said, “before we go further let’s see if your wife even likes the car after driving it. We want to make sure it is right for her.” He was not fixated in just making a sale, but rather on making sure my wife got the right car. Good stuff!! More
