Why? - Because Tyrone and his team were the most friendly and professional dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I came from Michigan and visited this dealership (reluctantly at first) to and professional dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I came from Michigan and visited this dealership (reluctantly at first) to see if I actually wanted to drive the Z4... that I ended up purchasing. Tyrone calmed my nerves when taking the vehicle for a test drive and pointed out all the features of the car. After making my decision to purchase the vehicle, the team (Joy, Bob and Roy), were very friendly and professional as they walked me through the rest of the process. I then booked a return flight and drove the car back to Michigan. The entire experience was wonderful...from the test drive to the drive home. Thank you, Tyrone, for making this experience a memorable one! When this car is retired, I wll be back to your dealership to purchase another one...even though I live in the "Motor City"!!!! That alone, says alot about why!! More
Andrew Nass was so personable, respectful. He was compassionate. I explained that I wanted to buy a fun car and to sell my brand new car that I had just leased 3 months before - because I had leased compassionate. I explained that I wanted to buy a fun car and to sell my brand new car that I had just leased 3 months before - because I had leased the car for my husband who had recently died. Andrew was so nice, that when it appeared that he didn't have the car I wanted in stock and I left the dealership, I was sad because I really wanted to buy a car from him. Later that day, I realized that the car I thought I wanted was longer than I expected. I returned to the dealership and together we found the car that suited my needs. Thank you Andrew. More
Overall, a great experience. Buying a new car can be stressful, but Melvin made the process enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Melvin worked hard to answer all of my questions and find me exactly what I was looking for. Definitely an "A+". More
Way better experience than Passport BMW which is more conveinent to my residence but service, flexibility, outrageous prices etc. puts them way below Northwest. Total opposit experience with Northwest. conveinent to my residence but service, flexibility, outrageous prices etc. puts them way below Northwest. Total opposit experience with Northwest. Wish I could have recommended my best friend to purchase her car there before she bought the 2013 convertible from Passport. Wish Tyrone could have gotten her commission. Three thumbs up to Norhwest :-) More
My experience with Northwest BMW and Melvin Bey, in particular, was excellent (with one caveat). As a three-time BMW owner, I knew what I wanted -- well, I thought I knew what I wanted. I was in th particular, was excellent (with one caveat). As a three-time BMW owner, I knew what I wanted -- well, I thought I knew what I wanted. I was in the market for a new 3-series manual, and the NW BMW website listed multiple versions as available on their lot. My wife and I walked in and were promptly greeted by Melvin. We were dismayed, however, to find out that the website was not only out of date, but inaccurate. There were, in fact, NO manuals on the lot. Before we could walk out, Melvin convinced us to at least try the new 3-series 8-speed automatic; and it was love at first drive. While we were not pleased that the website showed inaccurate information, Melvin did a great job by letting the new 3-series automatic "speak for itself". (Note that the website was promptly updated after our discovery.) Over the next few weeks, I worked with Melvin to build the perfect new 3-series at the right price, and I put one on order. The dealership worked with me to get it built and delivered as soon as possible, and Melvin answered (or anticipated) every question along the way. My new car actually arrived a little earlier than expected, and it was ready to go just as promised. Overall, I'd highly recommend NW BMW and Melvin Bey. More
I had the wonderful experience of being helped by Josh and his team a week ago. The Northwest team was excellent and went above and beyond to help me and my family. I look forward to working with them in and his team a week ago. The Northwest team was excellent and went above and beyond to help me and my family. I look forward to working with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced. I love being a BMW owner and Northwest helps maximize the BMW owner experience. Andrew Nass was a real pleasure to work with. Low key, no pressure, very knowledgeable, very professional . . . just a very nice guy to deal with. First time in my life I've been in a dealership and was no pressure, very knowledgeable, very professional . . . just a very nice guy to deal with. First time in my life I've been in a dealership and wasn't made to wait 45 minutes for the sales manager to come out; Andrew walked me into the sales manager's office, we had a nice three minute chat, and then headed to the F&I guy's office to start the paperwork. I was impressed with everyone I met at Northwest BMW (I purchased the only non-BMW on the lot, a Toyota Solara convertible that had been a trade in), but they treated me as though I had just ordered the most expensive new car available and made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend! More
I met Melvin on Google+ he "circle me" the equivalent of friending on Facebook. I was curious and the timing was right so I looked at his stock of cars. I was interested in a BMW but then I t equivalent of friending on Facebook. I was curious and the timing was right so I looked at his stock of cars. I was interested in a BMW but then I thought of my 3 young girls and that dream died quickly. I next went over to a MiniVan, but that didn't work out because of finances. I then got a Nissan Rouge and I am so happy. I was driving an old "horse" my Dad had and I had to put it out of its misery. Melvin is down to earth and doesn't pressure you and he helps you find a good car for where you are right now. I understand he could have made more "money" on a BMW, but with his service I will be a repeat customer and buy that higher end BMW when my situation changes. That's what sales/customer service is about—the long haul relationship. I highly recommend Melvin and I will surely do business with him and Northwest BMW. He said they are "pros" and it shows. Dealerships get bad raps, but Melvin and Ron and the team at Northwest came through to make my car purchase a reality. More
