The rating I gave was based on the recent purchase and delivery of a new 2014 BMW 535i. Why? - Because Tyrone and his team were the most friendly and professional dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tyrone calmed my nerves when taking the vehicle for a test drive and pointed out all the features of the car. After making my decision to purchase the vehicle, the team (Joy, Bob and Roy), were very friendly and professional as they walked me through the rest of the process. I then booked a return flight and drove the car back to Michigan. The entire experience was wonderful...from the test drive to the drive home. Way better experience than Passport BMW which is more conveinent to my residence but service, flexibility, outrageous prices etc. puts them way below Northwest.
