Amazing Customer Service I worked with Kessai, George and Frank throughout my process of buying my first BMW. I have purchased other vehicles from various dealerships and always felt that they were very pushy about me walking off the lot with a car that day. However, this was not like that at all at BMW Northwest of Owings Mills. Any questions i had, they were answered immediately. When purchasing a BMW, you expect to have great customer service, the customer service was above and beyond my expectations. When it came down to the financing, Frank was the guy. Just an overall great guy to deal with, especially when it came down to dollars and cents. If you are in the market for a BMW, you would be making a mistake to go anywhere else but BMW Northwest of Owings Mills. Make sure to ask for these three gentlemen, made my experience that much better! More

The sales manager offered me a good deal that I was able to tweak a bit to fit my needs, and finally the financing department was excellent. I never once felt pressured to move quickly or loose the deal, nor did I get a hard press to purchase additional services. In the future when it comes time to purchase again, there is no reason to look anywhere else. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being best......my experience was an 11 !! Thanks again to all, Dean. More

I purchased my 2005 series 1 X5 from Northwest when new and they have done most of the service. I like the car and even though it is 13 years old with 170,000 miles on it, it is still the car I want to drive. The DSC system went out and the Northwest service people worked tirelessly to fix it in league with BMW. The repair took over 30 days but they loaned me a brand new X5 at no charge. Jeff Kontz and shop foreman Moon went above and beyond to get my car right and I am sure my invoice in the end did not reflect the time and trouble they had to go to. I think most dealerships would have given up and told me "hey the car is 13 years old time to move on". Moon owns a series 1 X5 and he behaved like it was his car. Their motto is the "Golden Rule Dealership" and they live up to that. More
