My first experience with BMW was with another dealership in the area. They were rude, condescending, and frankly couldn't care if I bought a car or not. I left that dealership and stopped in at Northwest in the area. They were rude, condescending, and frankly couldn't care if I bought a car or not. I left that dealership and stopped in at Northwest where I met Jake and George who completely turned around my opinion of BMW. They spent an entire day working with me, answering questions, and showing me options. They never pressured me and treated me like a valued customer. They pointed out both strengths and weaknesses of the car which let me know they were being straight with me. However, the most important thing happened after I ordered, waited a couple months, and then found out when the car arrived that there had been a mix up with the order. It was how Jake and George responded to that problem that convinced me that this dealership is a world away from any other car dealer. I have learned over the years that problems are going to happen. It is how people deal with them that sets them apart. Jake and George took ownership of the problem, assured me it would be fixed, and in the end they delivered on every promise. They now have a customer for life! More

Melvin Bey was the sales associate that helped me. He was very informative, friendly and not pushy. After our test drive we sat down to talk price. Other dealerships I've been to seem to only care about the sale and making their quotas. I've purchased 9 new cars in the past and have never been treated so well.
