Rick worked with me from day one to build the car I wanted and get it into production in a timely manner. Rick and George both worked the numbers to get me what I considered a "fair" deal. So I am very familiar with how the lease payment is structured and how to understand the "money factor". George and Rick did a great job. Rick kept me appraised of the time in port for the car and when he thought it would be at the dealership. When I came in for the vehicle, the paper work was ready, the car was ready, the tags we on and I was on my way in about 1 hour. Joy did a fabulous job going over all the features already on the car and the option still available. I almost contracted for an Audi just to see how I liked it.....big mistake and I realized it quickly and went back to Northwest. I'm a life long client of BMW! My wife drives the 3 and I (of course) must have the 5. The new diesel performs superbly! More
