BMW obviously sells itself, so you don't necessarily need people to share information about BMW because its reputation precedes itself. What you can't sell is empathy, compassion, and genuine attitudes. I have met and been counseled by caring and knowledgeable leaders in the car industry who shared their enthusiasm from the beginning of the process, until the end when I pulled out at 10 pm (when they should have been with their families).
