The Best EVER!!! KAREN ANDERSON provided the BEST car buying experience I've ever had (and I've purchased 10 cars in my "young" life)!! I'd been searching for an X4 KAREN ANDERSON provided the BEST car buying experience I've ever had (and I've purchased 10 cars in my "young" life)!! I'd been searching for an X4 28i white/tan car color combo for aproximately a month before I eventually found and subsequently purchased it from Northwest BMW, 93 miles away from home. I did not relish the idea of driving so far from home, in the rain, on the 4th of July in order to make a car purchase, but the deal was just too good to pass up. I emailed the dealership to inform them of my interest in the car and seemingly within minutes I received a call from Karen notifying me that she'd be happy to assist me! She was able to put the car on hold for me and made an appointment time for me to see her so I wouldn't have to just sit around the dealership waiting. Karen somehow knew who I was as I walked in the door and had hot tea (my personal fave) ready for me within minutes of my arrival! There was no waiting, no pressure, and no distrations: she knew I was there to see. She also appreciated the fact that I came from so far away to see the X4 and wanted to make the process as painless as possible for me. Within minutes, we were on a test drive while techs at the dealership were valuing my trade-in. Northwest BMW operates as a well-oiled and maintained machine! Upon return from the test drive, the financing rep was ready to discuss numbers and we arrived at a mutually benificial agreement! With discounts on merchindise, one-on-one instructions on how to use the features of the car, and the friendly attitude of ALL employees (I worked with Karen, Kenny, Janee, and Frank: all were superb), I'd HIGHLY recommend that anyone interested in an outstanding car-buying experience go to Northwest BMW!
