I will never return to NW BMW After the sale the customer service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and the manager should not be managing if he does not understand the meaning of customer s After the sale the customer service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and the manager should not be managing if he does not understand the meaning of customer service and sensitivity. It is evident that he needs training in tact and diplomacy. In addition, this is the 2nd time I have purchased a "certified used" car from northwest BMW and both times, something was wrong with the car within days/weeks of my purchase. Some of the very items that is listed in the "certified checklist" needed repair. Further, the communication between BMW dealers and BMW finanicial institution is subpar at best. Overall, I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from NW BMW. I will never return to NW BMW for any reason; not even something as small as a key chain and I will NOT recommend anyone to do any business there at all, ever. More

I found him to be very honest and direct. These are rare qualities you find in a salesman. He took care of everything for me. I live in New Jersey so I must have passed over 100 dealerships to get to Northwest BMW. I flew into Baltimore he had me picked up at the airport. My plane was delayed over 7 hours and the dealership was closed but yet there was still someone there waiting for me. The car had a tank of gas and looked great. It was a risky move buying a car without seeing or driving it but I was very happy with my purchase. I do have one complaint. The drivers side window was broken. For a dealership of this caliber I would expect that to be caught with a simple overall inspection. As of the date of this posting my window has not been repaired. It looks crazy to have a beautiful Mercedes with plastic over the windows. I still brought my girlfriend to purchase a car from them two weeks later. This is abnormal for me because I'm a very picky shopper. I will keep you posted as to what happens with my window. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Also, I had a wheel balancing issue after I drove the car home, and because I live far away from them could not take it back to Northwest. However, they paid for the wheels to be re-balanced at another dealer with no questions asked. This is a great dealership, and I highly recommend them for a great buying experience. More
